Welcome To HM Youth Foundation!
HM Youth Foundation was established in 2020. Our mission is to create safe and empowering spaces where Black and marginalized youth can thrive, shine, and lead. Rooted in Anti-Black Racism (A.B.R.), Inclusion, and Equity, we uplift B.I.P.O.C. and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth by providing the tools, support, and opportunities they need to reach their fullest potential.
Our Services support youth between the ages of 8 and 23, with a focus on holistic development, academic achievement, and leadership. We are committed to walking alongside youth on their journey—celebrating their strengths, advocating for their needs, and nurturing their growth every step of the way.

Educational Support Programs, that connect youth with trained advocates and mentors.

Life Skills and Financial Literacy Training, that prepare youth for real-world challenges and long-term success.

Post-secondary Preparation and Community Referrals, that support youth beyond the classroom.

Leadership and Empowerment Initiatives, that encourage youth to actively participate in schools and communities.​

We are committed to keeping children and youth safe. All programs, meetings, groups and sessions follow best practices for health and safety. This ensures physical, psychological and emotional safety for all.
Since 2020, HM Youth Foundation has been nurturing and supporting children and youth in Mississauga. All of our programs are designed with their best interests in mind. At HM Youth Foundation, we provide our youth with the skills they need to thrive in society.
